A friend and I took a 4 day camping trip to Point Reyes National Seashore.
One of my favorite spots in California. It was a bit chilly the first couple days but beautiful ! We saw Elk, Whales, and lots of green hills , flowers, and the Ocean is allways a treat.

 First things first. Picking out a nice camping spot. This looks good !!

 Now down to the beach!! A little cool but beautiful still !!!

Next day on hike we saw lots of beautiful flowers and plants .

Point Reyes has an Elk reserve and you can see lots of elk along this trail .

Beautiful Elk. Saw a tiny baby with one but couldnt get a photo . Momma hid him in the bushes .

Kind of hard to see but there was a pod of whales passing by .

There are some dairy farms on point reyes land. This guy is waiting for the girls to show !

Bye Pelicans !!!

I went down to the pond again tonight to see the pelicans but only saw one. And while I was there he took off into the sky and seems to have flown aways. Well, I am glad I got to see them on their visit in Truckee,Ca.

Welcome to my 4 Followers !!! 
I will be going to the coast next week to camp near Point Reyes National Seashore. This is one of my favorite places on this earth !!! Well, at least what I have seen of the earth. It is not far from San Francisco and one of the amazing places along the Northern California Coastline !

These waterfalls run right into the ocean ! It is a few miles hike to get to them but a beautiful hike as well.

The Glenshire Pond and white pelicans.

This is the Glenshire pond . It is down the road from my house . I walk my dog there a lot. Allways so pretty and full of different migrating birds. Today The White Pelicans where there. And just a few days ago we had snow. Seems strange to see them here. I guess they are passing thru.

I MISS MY LITTLE MUNCHKIN MAN , LEVI

Levi was a dwarf kitty that I rescued from Humane society when he was 1 year old. He had a lot of genetic problems. I spent tons of money on him. But he was so worth it. He was the biggest love bug I have ever known. And everyone Loved him !! He had a fan club . Unfortunately he passed away on Jan. 10th this year at age 6 . His little body just could not hold on any longer. I am missing him like crazy the last couple days. He just keeps popping up on my mind.
